Our Proven RAP Process:

Research

The Research Phase in the RAP process helps your organization gain insight about a desired future state from its stakeholders. By involving stakeholders early in the planning process, we believe clients can build alignment around initiatives and develop champions of the strategic work.

Appreciative Inquiry

The collected data from the Research Phase serves as the critical foundation for the future strategic direction. At this point in the process, we’ll explore the best of what currently exists as well as the best of what could be. Using a process called Appreciative Inquiry, Core facilitates planning sessions with your team to discover, dream, design and select strategies for moving the organization forward.

Polish

The first two phases of the process are used to explore concepts and define actions. Core does not utilize valuable time on wordsmithing when your planning team comes together. Instead, after a plan has been outlined, we assist your organization with finetuning the language. The result is a polished working template to be used for implementation.  We can also work with a third-party marketing firm to provide professionally designed collateral if desired.
